PETS – 1 or 2 Cats are allowed in all units. Dogs are accepted in most units at an added cost of $30 – $50/month depending on the dog. Dogs need to be interviewed by Rich, the owner. Rich is a dog lover but If your dog is not well behaved or barks a lot they will not be considered.           

SOCIAL SERVICES:

We accept HUD and other social services agency assistance.  Our process of selecting tenants, as stated elsewhere on this website,  begins with collecting web forms submitted by prospective tenants.  Generally we gather up to 20 web forms and review qualifications leading to a few that are most suitable.  Then we offer showings, gather feedback, and come to a decision as to who is most suitable for the property.
