These apartments have been completely renovated and most require a standard month - month lease. Trash Removal, Snow Removal, Parking, and Water/Sewer are included in all apartments. Most do not include the cost for heat or electric (except for Elm St A - D that include heat).
Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis at an additional cost for dogs. Cats generally require an additional $75 towards the security deposit and dogs, only accepted in some apartments, generally require an additional security deposit of $75 and higher rent depending on the dog, of between $30 - $50. Dogs need to be interviewed by Rich, the owner. If your dog is not well behaved or barks a lot they will not be considered.
You will find we offer a comfortable and convenient environment for you and our management will be attentive to your needs. Feel free to ask any of our existing tenants about their experience living at our properties.
QUALIFICATION AND APPLICATION: It's easy to find out if you qualify for one of these apartments. We no longer accept Washington County D.S.S. benefits from applicants, including for the first months rent or security, but WE DO ACCEPT HUD. Please download the application from our home page. Fill out the basic information on the application and email it to Ken. Information such as SS# and D/L# are not necessary until committing to an apartment. Owner/Landlord Rich Citro will meet with all prospective tenants as part of the process. Before move-in a fully completed application needs to be filled out by all adults on the lease.
